At Omnira, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for products once delivered. Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images before placing an order.
2. Wrong Product Delivered
If a wrong product is delivered to you, the responsibility for such incorrect delivery lies with our logistics and fulfillment partner, Dropdash, and/or their supplier network.
In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Order ID
- Photos of the delivered product
- Packaging images
- Proof of incorrect item received
After verification, we will coordinate with Dropdash and the supplier to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund, depending on supplier approval.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order along with photographic proof.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
